A range of Self Priming engine driven and electric submersible and diesel fuel transfer pumps to cater for the majority of pumping applications found in the Tool and Plant Hire, Agricultural, Fish Farming and Contractor Industries

PumpSets expertise, developed from many years of working in the pump industry, has enabled us to put together this ‘Contractor range’. The range combines units from our own programme of self priming engine driven pumps with electric submersible and diesel fuel transfer pumps sourced from other leading manufacturers. With this range, covering from a 1” electric submersible ‘Puddle Pump’ through to 3” diesel driven self priming diaphragm ‘Sludge’ pumps, we at PumpSets are confident that we can supply a cost effective solution for most general applications.

Submersible Residue (Puddle) Pumps

Our submersible wear resistant Residue [Puddle] Pumps can be supplied with 25mm or 50mm outlets and are capable of pumping water down to 1mm; they will operate for extended periods with little or no water.

Available with 110v or 230v motors fitted with 10m of heavy duty power cable. These Puddle Pumps are the ideal solution for clearing nuisance areas of water found on flat surfaces.

Submersible Drainage Pumps

With a 50mm outlet and a powerful 0.75kW submersible motor, our Submersible Drainage Pumps, with their wear resistant internals, will cater for the majority of site ‘dirty water’ transfer duties. Available with either 110v or 230v motors, 10m of heavy duty power cable and can be supplied, if required, with an optional float switch for automatic operation.

Diesel Transfer Electric Driven Pumps

These self priming rotary vane pumps are ideal for the transfer of diesel fuel. Fitted with ‘easy clean’ 100 micron filter and internal by-pass valve, for pump protection; the Diesel Transfer Electric Driven pumps are capable of a 2m suction lift. Available with either 110v or 230v electric motors these units are supplied in a free standing roll frame for easy handling. An optional Hose kit, comprising of a manual nozzle, hose fittings and 5m of hose is available.

Diesel Engine Driven Self Priming General Purpose Pumps

Merlin, our range of Diesel Engine Driven Self Priming General Purpose Pumps, can easily handle potable and seawater as well as other compatible liquids. Cast iron casing and wearing parts with integral non-return valve. The Merlin 251 is mounted in a steel roll frame with anti-vibration mounts; the Merlin 351 is on a steel baseplate. Options including site trolleys, hose and spares kits are available.

Diesel Engine Driven Self Priming Trash Pumps

Gannet, our range of Diesel Engine Driven Self Priming Trash duty pumps, are ideal for solids handling and water laden sewage. All are constructed of aluminium with cast iron wearing parts. Both the Gannet 251 and Gannet 351 are mounted in full tubular frames. They have easy impeller chamber clean out features, carbide long life mechanical seals and are supplied with course suction hose filters. Options such as trailers, hose and spares kits are available.

Diaphragm Solids Handling Slurry Pumps

Pelican, our range of diaphragm solids handling slurry pumps, are ideal for handling dirty water including sludge and raw sewage or any compatible fluid containing abrasives or large solids in suspension, indefinite dry running with rapid priming. No seal or rotating parts are in contact with fluid. Very simple and occasional maintenance is required. The pumps are all of aluminium construction with thermoplastic diaphragm and are mounted on site trolleys. The Pelican 251 (2'') set can be driven by petrol, diesel or 230v electric prime movers whilst the Pelican 351 (3'') is available as diesel engine driven only. Options available include hose and spares kits.
